REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns

We want you to love what you purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns for store credit only. Pieces that have been tailored are not eligible for return. 

Please notify about the return of your order by writing to us at help@anjumkhan.com. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the order delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we’ll send you a store credit of full amount that you can use for future purchases on our website. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and other costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements Sale Items (If Applicable). Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products. 

Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately finale sale items are ineligible for store credit.

CANCELLATIONS 

To help us prevent any shipping delays, you have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel or make any changes to it. Please email us at support@anjumkhan.com for immediate order assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. In case you miss this window, you can easily make a return or exchange. 

Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited, If your order has been already processed, you'll be covered under our Return Policy.
