Orders and Shipping

How Do I Track My Order?

An email is automatically sent when your order is received and shipped, but if you have an account on anjumkhan.com you can log in at any time to get your tracking information. If you haven’t received an email or if the information is not in your account, please reach out to us at support@anjumkhan.com. 

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. You can use the 'Guest Checkout' as a user. If you'd like to keep track of your orders and save your details, you might want to consider creating an account for convenience. Alternatively, you can select the guest checkout option which doesn't require you to create an account.

Will I be charged for shipping?

All orders are inclusive of shipping charges and are shipped via FedEx Express. For more information on our shipping policy please click here.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once you click that "order" button the gears are set in motion to get your package out our door and to yours as quickly as possible. You have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel or make any changes to it. 

Do you ship internationally? Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

We ship to multiple international countries. There is a non-refundable $30 flat fee for all international orders. Anjum Khan ships on a Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price when you place your order and there are no additional costs due upon delivery.

Do you provide exchange for an item?

We do not currently offer exchanges on orders. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What size will fit me best

We offer product and body measurements on each of our products pages, just click on “Size Guide” to find your best fit. Measuring guides are included. It’s important to us to help you find the perfect fit, so feel free to send us an email at support@anjumkhan.com for a personal recommendation.

How do I take care of my products?

Each piece is different, so we recommend looking at the care instructions on the label of your piece before washing.

Do you provide customization or tailor-to-made services?

We want you to feel like your outfit was made to fit you, so to get the *perfect* fit, we would love to customize your product specific to your measurements. Once the order is placed, send us your measurements to support@anjumkhan.com.

*Please note, once a piece has been tailored or otherwise altered it is no longer eligible to be returned or exchanged.
