Shipping is free to all of our shipping destinations on orders. 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.



Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes.


International deliveries are inclusive of customs and duties. However, any taxes or VAT as applicable in the country of delivery to be paid by the customer and these are over and above the price quoted on the site. The shipping agency would be providing you with an invoice for local VAT if applicable.

As a production practice for positive environmental impact and longevity, we produce small quantities of each product and only make more if we know our customers want it, thus a minimum of 8 to 10 working days are required to dispatch. Shipping times can vary depending on your location. 


We offer Express Delivery to all destinations and partner with premium carriers to ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible. 

In case due to any uncertainties, there is a delay in dispatch we will communicate through email or provided contact number. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Anjum Khan fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Anjum Khan may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

*All domestic orders should take about 4-5 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. 

*All international orders should take about 5-8 working days for delivefont-size:14px;ry from the date of dispatch.


We will send you an email, once your order is ready to dispatch and will also provide the courier tracking details to you. Delivery will not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know, as we accept returns for both domestic and international orders.

However, in the unlikely event that something you ordered from is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, kindly write to us at, in for further assistance.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes final sale, and ineligible for return. The goods must be returned new, unused, with all the garment tags still attached, with their original packaging.

Any return(s) is customer's liability while we provide assistance with a paid return Label. If you need any assistance with return label, kindly write to us at as soon as your return request is approved. Please note all import duties / taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at


Currently, we don't allow exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sale Items (If Applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

*Note: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any orders for made-to-order items and accessories.

In case you miss this window, you can easily make a return or exchange. 

**Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable on international return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
