REFUND & CANCELLATIONS
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know, as we do accept returns .
However, in the unlikely event that something you ordered from anjumkhan.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, kindly write to us at email@example.com, in for further assistance. Pieces that have been tailored are not eligible for return.
We accept unworn, unwashed items within 7 days from the day the order is received. Anything returned outside of this period constitutes final sale, and ineligible for return. The goods must be returned new, unused, with all the garment tags still attached, with their original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Care team would be happy to provide a return address!
For Domestic orders in India, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For international returns, we will refund your original form of payment less a 30 USD ($) international return fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not offer refunds on duties and taxes. Please note all import duties / taxes associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We do not currently offer exchanges on orders. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. All original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale Items (If Applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately finale sale items cannot be refunded.
*Note: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for any orders for made-to-order items and accessories.
To help us prevent any shipping delays, you have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel or make any changes to it. Please email us at email@example.com for immediate order assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces. In case you miss this window, you can easily make a return or exchange.
**Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable on international return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
